Institution and Reseller Orders
Discounts
Schools, libraries, and other institutions in the U.S. are entitled to a 10% discount. U.S. bookstores and other resellers receive a 35% discount. These discounts apply to orders of any size.
Institutions and resellers outside of the U.S. are not eligible for a discount and must pay full price. For more information, see Payment Options.
How to order
Eligible U.S. institutions and resellers with established accounts (see Terms below) should send a purchase order to Swanson Media or regular mail. The regular mailing address is:

Shipping
The shipping and handling fee is $5.00 for the first DVD, plus $0.25 for each additional DVD.
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery via US Mail.
Terms are net 30 for established accounts. A completed credit application and, where applicable, a copy of your organization's reseller's permit or tax-exempt certificate, is required for the first order (except for public institutions). Customers without an account must prepay by check, money order, or credit card (via PayPal).
A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on past due balances.
Return policy
Returns are accepted for damaged or defective goods if notice is given within 15 days of invoice date. Reseller overstock may be returned for full credit (not a refund) after 120 days from invoice date and before one year. Credit will be given only for DVDs returned in saleable condition. Returns received before or after the return eligibility period will be credited at a 50% discount.
