Title
Cinnamon Teal (male) and Mallard (female)

Description
A male Cinnamon Teal (Anas cyanoptera) stands with a female Mallard (Anas platyrhynchos) near a Chicago pond. The Cinnamon Teal caused significant controversy in the Chicago birding community for two reasons: Cinnamon Teals are rare in Illinois, and his unusual tameness led some to question whether he is a truly wild bird. The duck spent several weeks at the pond, often tagging along with a pair of Mallards.
